Sean Hillcoat

Sean Hillcoat currently serves as the Regional Director for UK/I at Grafana Labs since February 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Area Director - NEUR at Lacework from January 2022 to February 2023, and Regional Director - US West Major's at LogicMonitor from January 2020 to January 2022, where Sean was invited by the CRO to relocate to California. Achievements at LogicMonitor included ranking as the #2 Regional Director globally and earning a spot in the Presidents Club in 2020. Key accomplishments at CloudCheckr as Regional Director for EMEA & APJ involved leading the first European office and achieving 230% ARR growth within 12 months. Additional roles include Enterprise Account Executive at Hortonworks and Head of UK North at Autotask Corporation, where Sean received recognition as Global Sales Manager of the Year in 2015 and was a four-time Presidents Club member. Sean is an alumnus of the Vista Equity Partners High Potential Leadership Program and holds a BA Hons in Business Studies with Finance from Bournemouth University.
