Ana Lúcia Gomes

Ana Lúcia Gomes is an experienced professional in process management and operational risk, currently serving as a Process Specialist at Grafeno since July 2023. Previously, Ana worked at Banco Pine from January 2019 to March 2023 as the Operational Risk Manager, where Ana structured the processes area and fostered a culture of process management. Additionally, Ana held a leadership position at Itaú Unibanco from March 2013 to April 2018, overseeing client registration and ensuring quality service delivery. While at Itaú BBA from May 2007 to March 2013, Ana managed operations for a new unit in Bogotá, Colombia, and led a team responsible for loan operations.
