Alex Folken has over 16 years of experience in the printing industry, with a background spanning production, sales, and marketing. Currently serving in customer service at Grafix Shoppe since January 2015, Alex previously worked as an Inside Sales Associate for Small Law Firms at Thomson Reuters from June 2014 to January 2015, assisting attorneys with their print, CD-rom, and eBook resources. Before this role, Alex spent 17 years at Grafix Shoppe as an Inside Sales Account Manager for Law Enforcement, where expertise was developed in handling government accounts and building a network of vendors to provide quality graphics nationwide. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Minnesota and attended Normandale Community College prior to that.

Grafix Shoppe was founded in 1988 by Michael Donovan starting out by simply producing vinyl graphics for law enforcement vehicles housed out of a small shop. Throughout the past 30 years the family owned business has expanded to a large format digital print business servicing retail & event marketing, sports marketing, law enforcement, and many other markets based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Today Grafix Shoppe has 32 employees and serves the law enforcement, retail & event marketing and vehicle wrap markets. Grafix Shoppe designs, produces, and installs and/or ships a wide variety of products from law enforcement graphics kits and vehicle wraps to retail POP signage, banners, and custom fabricated signs and displays. What sets us distinctly apart from our competitors is our commitment to quality and service and full in-house capabilities. We have a highly experienced staff with fresh and innovative ideas as well as lead the industry in setting a high standard for quality.
