Kristen Alexa-Kneisel

Kristen Alexa-Kneisel has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRIS Manager and Manager of Human Resources at GrafTech International since October 2002. Previously, Kristen held the position of Human Resources Manager at ColorMatrix Corporation from 1998 to 2002, and worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Charter One Bank from 1995 to 1998. Kristen earned a Master's Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University between 1996 and 1998, and completed a BA in Psychology at Canisius University from 1990 to 1994.
