Tammy Barcus

Tammy grew up in Grafton and joined the Hospital in 1994. In her current position she oversees quality improvement, risk management, corporate compliance, staff education, worker’s compensation, and various other tasks. In addition to her extensive background in these areas, she also has a strong clinical background. She began her career at Grafton City Hospital as a LPN on the LTC Care in 1994 after graduating from the Practical Nursing Program at Monongalia County Vo-Tech Center. She received her BSN from Alderson Broaddus University, Magna Cum Laude in 2005. In her years of service at Grafton City Hospital, Tammy has worked in most of the nursing areas; first as a LPN, then as a RN, and also as the Resident Assessment Coordinator – Credentialed (RAC-C).
