Martin Malo has been active in the human resources market since 2009. He has worked in various project and management roles in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and since 2019 he has been managing the subsidiaries of GI Group Holding in the Czech Republic, which includes, among others, Grafton Recruitment. Since the beginning of 2022, he has been driving in Slovakia as well. His specialization is business, communication with employer unions and state administration, analysis, and predicting the development of the labor market in a crisis period.
As part of his position, Martin Malo is responsible for the management of the Gi Group, to which Grafton Recruitment belongs.
