Isabelle Greene has a diverse work experience. Isabelle began their career in 2010 as the Galway Rose for the Rose of Tralee International Festival. In the same year, they also worked as a Student Spanish Lead for UCD Volunteers Overseas. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at PHD, where they were a Business Development Manager, International Communications Specialist, and Business Development & Marketing Intern. In 2017, they worked as a Freelance Writer for Freedom House and as a Program Director and Graduate Student Intern - Legislation and Public Policy for the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Contractor for State Street and a Policy Fellow for the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women. Currently, they are a Project Manager for Grafton Studio.

Isabelle Greene attended Salerno Secondary School from 2001 to 2006. Isabelle then went on to University College Dublin where they earned a Bachelor of Business and Legal Studies with a double major in Business and Law from 2006 to 2010. In 2008 and 2009, they attended Universidad Carlos III de Madrid for Derecho y Administración de Empresas. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in International Relations and Diplomacy from Northeastern University from 2016 to 2018.
