Scott Koehler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Graham Associates, Inc. since August 2020. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions including Division Manager at CAGE Civil Engineering and at Graham Associates, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed senior engineering design and division management. With a strong background in GIS and CAD coordination from previous engagements at Cowhey Manhard and Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd., Scott played a pivotal role in establishing a GIS department and training staff in software production standards. Scott holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
