Phil Finklea

Phil Finklea has extensive experience in facility operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Facility Operations at Graham Capital Management, L.P. since December 2003, Phil is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a historical office building on a fifteen-acre campus and has managed significant projects, including the retrofitting and build-out of 105,000 square feet of office space and a 13,000 square foot disaster recovery facility. Prior to this role, Phil worked at Hewitt Associates from April 1977 to October 2003 as the Facility and Support Manager, where Phil established the regional Facility Management department, including engineering and support staff, and negotiated all service and vendor agreements while assessing their performance.
