Philip Pelfrey

Philip Pelfrey is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor at Graham Corporation since November 2025, Philip previously held multiple leadership roles at P3 Technologies, including Chief Engineer, General Manager, and President from July 2017 to November 2025. Prior to that, Philip was the Executive Vice President at Exquadrum, Inc. from 2011 to 2017 and Director of Space Propulsion Programs at Florida Turbine Technologies from 2005 to 2011. Additional experience includes positions as Engineering Manager and General Manager at Allied Aerospace from 2001 to 2005, Engineering Manager at B/E Aerospace from 1998 to 2001, and CIPT Leader at Pratt & Whitney from 1987 to 1998. Philip holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami.
