Michael Smyth

Michael Smyth has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Group HR Director at GRAHAM Group since July 2004, with a progressive career trajectory including roles as HR Director, Head of Human Resources, HR Manager, and Training and Recruitment Manager. Prior to this, Michael worked at GRAHAM Training from June 1991 to June 2004, holding positions as General Manager and Training Manager. Michael holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSSc) in Psychology, both awarded by Queens University Belfast.
