Wen-Ling Lai

Wen-Ling Lai has a diverse professional background, currently serving as a Mandarin Chinese Teacher at Murray Hill Chinese School since September 2023, where the focus is on teaching third graders the fundamentals of Mandarin and Chinese culture through engaging activities. Since June 2021, Wen-Ling has also been a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor at Graham Healthcare Group, providing spiritual assessments and individualized care plans within the Residential Hospice setting. As Co-Founder and Chief Care Officer of DWL Enterprises, established in 2010, Wen-Ling supports non-profit organizations with leadership development and sustainability efforts. Previous roles include Chief Cheerleading Officer at FPS Apparel, Chaplain at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Senior Pastor at the United Methodist Church, among others. Wen-Ling holds a Master of Divinity from Drew University and has completed pastoral training and certification programs.
