Lydia Williams

Lydia Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lydia began their career as an HR Assistant at the American Psychological Association in 1999 and later worked as a Recruiting Assistant at The HR Source in 2002. From 2003 to 2012, Lydia held various roles at SAIC, including HR Manager, Employment Manager, HR Business Partner, Technical Recruiter, and Recruiting Assistant. In 2013, they joined GBTI Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and then moved on to Graham Technologies in 2016, where they currently serve as the Talent Acquisition Lead. Lydia's experience includes hiring exceptional employees and providing IT and engineering support services to commercial and Federal sectors.

Lydia Williams attended Bowie State University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
