Isaac Charles

Isaac Charles is a Performance Analyst / Special Projects Coordinator at Graham Windham, where Isaac provides strategic support through data analysis, facilitates performance meetings, and assists in program development. As an Educational Specialist, Isaac counseled individuals to overcome educational and vocational challenges, while as a Sociotherapist, Isaac worked with children to improve communication and resolve conflicts. During their time as a Clinical Mental Health Intern at Housing Works, Isaac conducted research on trauma effects and presented findings to administrators. Isaac holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from CUNY York College and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Applied Business Analytics at William Paterson University of New Jersey.
