Harish Ramadas started their work experience in 2013 as a Graduate Research and Teaching Associate at the University of Washington. In this role, they developed an efficient algorithm for allocating resources among competing projects, analyzed a probabilistic model for political views, and proved security flaws in encryption standards for quantum computers.

Harish Ramadas began their education in 2005 at St. Xavier's College, where they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate from the Government of Maharashtra. Harish then went on to attend the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2007 to 2011, earning their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics with a minor in Electrical Engineering. In 2011, Harish pursued their Master's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, studying at both Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Technical University of Munich. Harish completed this degree in 2013. Harish Ramadas continued their academic journey at the University of Washington from 2013 to 2017, obtaining their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mathematics.
