Jack Youngren

Jack Youngren is a Principal Clinical Scientist at GRAIL, Inc. since December 2017, specializing in advancements in cancer diagnostics. With a strong background in academia, Jack served as an Associate Adjunct Professor in the Department of Medicine at UCSF for nearly two decades, leading a prostate cancer genomics laboratory and research on insulin resistance. Additionally, Jack held the position of Head Coach at West Valley Track Club since 2001, guiding post-collegiate distance runners. As a co-founder of TriAct Therapeutics from 2008 to 2013, Jack focused on developing small molecule multi-kinase inhibitors for clinical trials. Jack earned a PhD in Physiological Science from UCLA.
