Laura Willoughby

Laura Willoughby, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Portfolio Management at GRAIL since September 2023. Previously, Laura held the position of Senior Manager of Portfolio Management at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. from March 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Management Consultant at TruSource Consulting Group LLC, where clients included Charles Schwab, Kaiser Permanente, Wells Fargo, and WestEd, and the Executive Director of Technology Portfolio at the University of California, Berkeley. Laura's earlier roles include IT PMO Portfolio Manager at Chevron and Vice President, Senior PMO Lead at Merrill Lynch. Laura holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Marist University.
