Margaret M. began their work experience in 2002 as an EIS Officer at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where they served until 2004. Margaret then joined the California Department of Public Health as a Medical Officer, working there until 2011. Margaret then joined Genentech as an Associate Director of Real-World Data Science in Oncology, a position they held until 2016.

In 2016, Margaret joined Roche Molecular Systems as a Real World Data Science Leader, and later became the Director of Clinical Science - Virology from 2018 to 2019. Margaret then joined Flatiron Health as a Senior Medical Director from 2019 to 2021.

Currently, Margaret is working at GRAIL as a Senior Medical Director since 2021. Margaret will also assume the role of Vice President of Clinical Development starting in March 2023.
