Margaret O'Boyle

Margaret O'Boyle currently serves as Assistant General Counsel for IP Litigation at GRAIL since October 2022. Prior to this role, Margaret held various positions at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from April 2014 to October 2022, including Counsel and Associate. Margaret's legal career began at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto as an Associate from September 2009 to April 2014 and included a judicial internship at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2007. Before transitioning to law, Margaret worked at the American Lung Association of New York State from 2002 to 2006 in several roles, culminating as Senior Director of Coalitions and Grant Projects, and served as a Health Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps in 2001. Margaret earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University.
