Stephanie Guzman, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Director of Strategic Growth Accounts at GRAIL since January 2021, Stephanie leads a team of strategic account managers and is responsible for developing partnership opportunities aligned with company objectives. Previous roles at GRAIL include Area Director and Regional Business Director, where Stephanie built high-performing sales teams and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. Stephanie’s past experience also includes significant positions at Myriad Neuroscience, where achievements included producing multiple presidents club winners and receiving the East Area Regional Business Manager of the Year award.
