Suzanne Ho

Suzanne Ho, MBA, has over two decades of experience in human resources and people management. Suzanne currently holds the position of Senior Director on the People Team at GRAIL, a healthcare company. In this role, their responsibilities include leading and managing the HR functions.

Prior to joining GRAIL, Suzanne worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in scientific services. During their time there, they led a team of six HR professionals, providing support to the largest group in the company.

Before Thermo Fisher, Suzanne served as the Vice President of Human Resources at LPL Financial, where they were responsible for overseeing HR for the Managing Director of Business Development and the BD organization. Suzanne successfully implemented talent acquisition strategies and leadership development programs to improve sales performance.

Suzanne has also held notable positions at Viasat Inc., Broadcom Inc., SAIC, and Intel Corporation. At Viasat Inc., they served as the HR Director for the People & Culture department, providing strategic guidance to management and overseeing HR-related topics for a large number of employees across multiple locations.

Throughout their career, Suzanne has demonstrated expertise in managing change, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and talent acquisition. Their strong track record of success and extensive experience make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Suzanne Ho, MBA holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Southern California. Suzanne also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Drucker School of Management. In addition to their formal education, Suzanne has obtained certifications in various areas, including "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn in January 2018, "360 ACW Certified" from the Center for Creative Leadership, and "DiSC Certified Facilitator" from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
