Mircea Prosan

Mircea Prosan began their work experience in 2005 as a Tax Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they provided tax consulting and compliance services. In 2008, they transitioned to Ernst & Young as a Tax Senior Consultant.

In 2009, Prosan joined Ericsson Telecommunications as a Financial Analyst, responsible for monthly financial analysis and implementing accounting processes. Mircea also conducted tax reviews and coordinated with international Shared Service Centres. Mircea continued to work in Ericsson Telecommunications as a Risk Management and Telecomm Security personnel until 2013.

Afterward, Prosan joined Eaton as a Financial Analyst in 2013 and worked until 2015 before joining Schneider Electric. At Schneider Electric, they took on various roles, such as Performance Measurement Analyst and Performance Measurement Controller. Mircea'sresponsibilities included financial reporting, forecasting, business reviews, and managing transformation projects. Mircea also served as a Finance Business Partner for the Global Finance Functions.

In February 2022, Prosan joined GRAIN Ecosystem as the Finance Lead for a new venture project.

Mircea Prosan completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics with a specialization in International Business and Economics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București (Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest) from 2000 to 2004. Mircea also obtained the ACCA certification, however, the specific dates for this certification are unknown.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mircea Prosan has obtained various certifications. In December 2011, they obtained the ITIL Foundation v3.0 certification from APMG-International. In September 2012, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
