Francisco Segovia Ochoa began their career in 2015 as the Director Académico at SAE Baja UC. In 2017, they became an Ingeniero Mecánico at El Grupo MANN+HUMMEL and an Instructor de Soldadura MIG at SAE Baja UC. In 2018, they joined EGROWTHC - Exponential Growth Consulting as a Coordinador Administrativo, where they managed inventories, billing, accounting records, and used Quickbooks for accounting entries and reports. In 2019, they were hired as a Project Engineer at IIMA Ingeniería Industrial y Manufactura Avanzada, where they were responsible for managing the resources associated with the project, planning the integration of technologies, assigning activities, contacting suppliers, and liaising between the company and the client. In 2021, Francisco joined GrainChain Inc as a Release Train Engineer, where they were responsible for establishing and communicating the annual schedules for iterations and program increments (PI). Francisco also facilitated the PI planning event and periodic synchronization events, including synchronization of ART. Francisco was also a Chapter Lead Agile, where they were responsible for ensuring the execution of projects within an Agile framework in collaboration with product, architecture, and operations departments. Francisco also facilitated the alignment of the Agile Coaches team to execute the company's strategy and finding points of consensus and facilitating conflict resolution. Lastly, they were a Team Agile Coach, where they were an authority and leader in the Agile Coach Chapter, with the main objective of caring for all aspects of performance, interpersonal interactions and communications, as well as the correct and efficient implementation of Agile Frameworks.
Francisco Segovia Ochoa has an education history that includes a degree in Ingeniería from Universidad José Antonio Páez from 2011 to 2018, and a Full Stack Developer certification from DEV.F in 2021. Francisco also has several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in June 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. obtained in May 2022, and Certified SAFe 5.0 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile Framework obtained in December 2020.
