Irving Arias

Irving Arias has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Irving started their career as a Project Management Intern at SECAE Integral, where they collaborated on project management tasks and KPI follow-up. Irving then interned at Blue Marine as a Proposals and Tenders Intern, where they integrated tenders for public and private sectors and handled document translation.

Following that, they worked at PAVA Asociados as a Training Management Consultant, where they provided consultancy in training projects and managed processes and stakeholders. Irving then served as an IO Psychology Intern at Hitch, where they developed features for an automated recruitment tool and analyzed psychological variables in job interviews using the STAR Methodology.

Next, Irving worked as a Talent Management Consultant at Talent Fit | Talent and Coaching, where they handled the full-cycle recruitment process in the IT industry, including sourcing and headhunting. Irving then joined Infinita Consulting, initially as a Project Manager Trainee as part of their talent program, where they learned agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Later, they became a Junior Project Manager, assisting the Senior Project Manager in implementing multiple IT products and creating project schedules.

Currently, Irving is working at GrainChain Inc as an Agile Coach / SAFe Scrum Master. Irving'sresponsibilities include implementing and maintaining Agile best practices, standardizing agile practices using SAFe Scaled Agile Framework, prioritizing activities in the software life cycle, coaching Product Owners and Stakeholders on Scrum practices, and facilitating team ceremonies.

Throughout their career, Irving has gained valuable experience in project management, talent management, and agile methodologies.

Irving Arias completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma del Carmen from 2016 to 2020. Afterward, they pursued another Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from UVEG starting in 2020, with no specified end year. In terms of certifications, Irving obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Professional Certificate from CertiProf in February 2023, along with the Project Management Ready certification from the Project Management Institute. Irving also obtained the Change Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2022, the Fundamentos del liderazgo certification from LinkedIn in September 2022, the Scrum Master Professional Certificate (SMPC®) from CertiProf in December 2022, and the TOEFL PBT certification from EDUCATIONAL TESTING SERVICE GLOBAL B.V. in August 2013.
