Courtney Peirce

Courtney Peirce serves as an Investment Manager at the Grains Research and Development Corporation since April 2023. Previously, Courtney held the position of Senior Research Officer at the South Australian Research and Development Institute from August 2017 to March 2023. Earlier academic involvement included roles as a casual demonstrator at the University of Adelaide from 2011 to June 2016 while pursuing a PhD in Soil Science and Agronomy, focusing on foliar fertilisation of wheat plants with phosphorus. Courtney's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Soil Sciences, and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Environments, with all degrees completed at the University of Adelaide. Early career experience includes working as an Administration Assistant at AJ & PA McBride Ltd from 2005 to 2012.
