Jannatun Begum

Jannatun Begum manages the implementation of initiatives to strengthen village institutions & Convergence and Sanitation & Health in partner villages of Gram Vikas. A development professional with 20 years of experience in the capacity building of community institutions, she has a special interest in promoting women and child rights.

Before joining them, she worked with Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP, India), DISHA, Madhyam Foundation, Antodaya, and other nonprofits in and outside Odisha.

Jannatun has a Master in Social Work from Utkal University of Culture, Bhubaneswar.
