Roger Hill

Roger Hill has worked for six different companies in a variety of roles. Roger began their career in 1979 as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Texas Instruments. In 1992, they became a Mechanical Engineering Manager at B.Braun. In 2002, they took on the role of Principal Mechanical Engineer at ANS Medical (a St Jude Company). In 2008, they moved to St. Jude Medical as a Sr. Principal Mechanical Engineer and Director of Manufacturing Engineering. In 2016, they became a Quality Assurance Engineer at Flex. Roger is currently working as an Operations Director at Gramercy Extremity Orthopedics.

Roger Hill earned their MBA in Operations from The University of Dallas between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they completed a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh between 1976 and 1979.
