Ailian Gan

Ailian Gan is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Director of Product at Grammarly since July 2024. Prior to this role, Ailian was at Zoom from March 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Lead Product Manager for both AI and Meetings. Ailian's career began at Front App from March 2017 to March 2021, initially as the first Product Manager and later as Product Lead for the Core Product, focusing on workplace productivity features. Ailian also held the position of Director of Product Management at BloomReach from July 2011 to February 2017 and worked as an Associate at Core Innovation Capital for a brief period in 2010. Ailian holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University.
