Anish Hegde

Anish Hegde is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in leading initiatives and product development in various companies. Currently at Grammarly since June 2020, Anish is spearheading a new initiative involving large language models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Anish co-founded ResumePuppy in 2019 and previously worked as a software engineer at Yahoo, where Anish contributed to Android SDKs and iOS subspecs during a master's internship. As a tech lead at SignEasy, Anish designed and built significant features for the Android app and developed an enterprise API that became a major growth driver. Anish's career began at Robosoft Technologies, where Anish worked on the successful game "Star Chef." Anish holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology.
