Arik Motskin

Arik Motskin is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in product data science, metrics development, and experimentation. Currently at Grammarly since February 2023, Arik focuses on understanding user value in writing assistant products, enterprise search, and GenAI. Previously, as a Staff Data Scientist at Twitter from April 2022 to February 2023, Arik led the Account Integrity Data Science team, developing models to identify inauthentic accounts and affiliations with extremist organizations. Prior to that, Arik spent over a decade at Google, contributing to search quality, metrics development, and improving user trust and safety. Arik's earlier roles included applied research internships at Yahoo! and Citigroup, alongside a background in risk control for the Government of Ontario. Arik holds a PhD in Computational and Mathematical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Harvard University.
