Kirill Babich has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Kirill started their career in 2010 as an Audit Senior at KPMG Ukraine, where they specialized in biopharma, financial services, and consumer markets. Kirill performed audit work, analyzed company performance, audited financial statements, and prepared financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards.

In 2014, Babich joined KPMG US as a Senior Associate and later worked as a Manager and Senior Manager. Kirill led teams, conducted audits for financial institutions and private SaaS companies, performed financial analysis, and developed management policies.
