Dwight Degroff

Dwight DeGroff is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in the defense and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at GrammaTech since September 2024, Dwight focuses on transforming defense and cyber research into practical solutions. Previously, Dwight held similar leadership positions at Istari and Shift5, and spent over 15 years at DSA, where responsibilities included technical leadership, solution architecture, and business development support. Dwight began the career as a web developer and progressed through various engineering roles before transitioning into product management. Dwight holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eastern Nazarene College.
