Aleksandar Zivulovic has a wide range of work experience in various HR roles. Aleksandar started their career at Banca Intesa as a Branch Manager from June 2004 to October 2007. Aleksandar then moved on to Holcim (Srbija) d.o.o., where they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Manager from October 2007 to October 2008, then as an HR Manager Assistant from October 2008 to July 2009, and finally as an HR Administration Manager from July 2009 to May 2011. Currently, they are working at Grammer AG, where they started as a Program Market Segment Seat Covers HR Manager for Serbia, Bulgaria, Russia, and Germany, from May 2011 to July 2015. Aleksandar then became the Director of HR Division Interiors from August 2015 to April 2020, followed by the role of Director HR Region EMEA from April 2020 to April 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources Region EMEA starting from April 2021.
Aleksandar Zivulovic completed their education in a chronological manner. Aleksandar first attended the University of Kragujevac from 1999 to 2003, where they acquired a degree from the Faculty of Economics-College of Economics, specializing in Management. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they enrolled at the University of Belgrade and pursued a degree from the Faculty of Management. Aleksandar then continued their education at the University of Belgrade in 2008 and 2009, obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from the Faculty of Organizational Science.
