Alexandra Martinelli

Alexandra Martinelli has extensive experience in legal and labour relations, currently serving as the Director of Labour Relations & Compensation Group at Grammer AG since April 2020, following roles as Senior Manager and Manager in the same group. Additionally, Alexandra has been practicing as a Rechtsanwältin since April 2003 at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei. Prior experience includes positions such as Manager of Industrial Relations at Plastic Omnium and Legal Advisor at DHL - European Air Transport Leipzig GmbH, where duties also encompassed acting as Director of Human Resources. Alexandra's legal career began at Rabe v. Pappenheim & Partner and includes significant roles in various companies, demonstrating a strong background in labour law and human resources. Educationally, Alexandra holds a First and Second legal state examination in Law from the University of Regensburg and the Free State of Bavaria, respectively.
