Muhammad Shoaib Rahman

Muhammad Shoaib Rahman currently serves as the Manager of Impact and Evaluation at Dvara E-Registry, leading the MEAL component with a focus on Result Based Monitoring and DCED standards. Previously, Muhammad held the role of Research Manager at Gram Vaani Community Media and was the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at TechnoServe, where management of a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation program in Bihar was a key responsibility. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Mott Macdonald Consultancy, enhancing M&E capacities, and as Project Director at TNS Sofres, where strategic leadership and client relationship management were primary duties. Muhammad began as a Program Officer at the Association for Stimulating Know How, after earning a Master's degree in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia.
