Warren Bell

Warren Bell is a seasoned professional in human resources and administration with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources & Administration at Gran Tierra Energy since October 2015, Warren manages an international team of thirty professionals across Calgary, Colombia, and Ecuador, while closely advising senior management on HR best practices and corporate policies. Prior roles include Head of Corporate Services & Compliance at Glencore E&P (Canada) Inc., Manager of Human Resources & Recruitment at Caracal Energy Inc., and Human Resources Business Partner at Talisman Energy. Through various positions, Warren has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness, contributing significantly to the operational success of multiple companies in the industry. Warren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from The University of Calgary.
