John J. Chavez Molina

John J. Chavez Molina is an experienced production engineer and educator with a solid background in the field of mechatronics and engineering. Currently working at Grupo Graña y Montero since October 2017, John J. is responsible for the expansion of low voltage electrical installations at passenger stations of the Lima Metro Line 1. In addition, John J. serves as a part-time instructor at CIBERTEC and Universidad Tecnológica del Perú, where responsibilities include coordinating courses in Industrial Mechatronics and teaching advanced engineering topics, including CAD CAM applications and CNC machining processes. Previous roles include serving as a specialist in maintenance traceability for the Autoridad Autónoma del Tren Eléctrico and managing electromechanical services at Consorcio Tren Eléctrico, with a focus on the implementation of complex communication and detection systems. John J. holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering with a focus on robotics and mechatronics from Universidad Tecnológica del Perú.
