Carlos Lima

Carlos Lima has extensive experience in the field of information technology and enterprise resource planning (ERP), particularly with Granado | Phebo since October 2010, where Carlos currently serves as an ERP Consultant (JDE). Responsibilities include functional support for ERP modules in manufacturing, inventory management, and equipment maintenance, as well as gathering business requirements and specifying functional and non-functional requirements for system development. Previously, Carlos held the position of Infrastructure Analyst, providing internal and external user support, managing Windows Server environments, and overseeing hardware maintenance. Early experience includes roles as a Technical Support Specialist for Oi Velox and as an Electronics Circuit Repair Technician. Carlos holds a postgraduate degree in Production Engineering from PUC Minas and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
