Francesca de Santis

Francesca De Santis serves as the Corporate Governance & Risk Management Director at Granarolo S.p.A. since January 2005, reporting directly to the CEO and managing a team of three direct reports, with over 15 years of experience in various director positions and projects leading to increased responsibilities. Prior to this role, Francesca worked as a Consulting Manager at Ernst & Young Financial Business Advisory from September 1997 to December 2004, where responsibilities included external auditing and financial and operational risk management. Francesca holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University, a brief master's degree in corporate law from Wolters Kluwer Italia Srl, and a degree in Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
