Michel Apruzzese

Michel Apruzzese is an accomplished energy and project management professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Energy Manager at Granarolo S.p.A. since July 2022, Michel oversees energy budgeting and procurement for an annual average of €50 million. Prior to this role, Michel held various significant positions at ENGIE Italia, including Senior Project Manager responsible for managing teams and multiple contracts, and Energy Purchasing Manager, managing an energy budget of €300 million. Additional experience includes positions at Ala, Galbani, Danone, and the French Navy, demonstrating a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and project leadership.
