Lamont Moore

Lamont Moore, M. Ed, currently serves as the Director of Athletics at Granbury ISD, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Lamont held the role of Assistant Football Coach at Waxahachie Independent School District from May 2023 to March 2024 and served as both an Assistant Football Coach and Assistant Principal at Burleson ISD from August 2020 to May 2023. Lamont's extensive coaching experience includes roles at Waxahachie ISD as a WRs Coach/Recruiting Coordinator and Safeties Coach from August 2015 to August 2020, as well as at various other institutions including Herbalife as a Wellness/Health Coach, Perfect Ten Sports Performance as CEO/Coach, and coaching positions across several schools. Lamont's professional journey began as a player in the Arena Football League from 1998 to 2007. Lamont holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baylor University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
