Jeremy Hayden

Jeremy Hayden, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Outreach and Student Success for the College of Education at Grand Canyon University, a position held since July 2009. Alongside this role, Jeremy has also worked as the Academic Records Manager and Certification Officer within the Office of Academic Records, leading a team of 14 academic specialists and student workers to promote the institution's mission of developing critical thinkers and responsible leaders. Prior to this, Jeremy worked as a Knowledge Specialist and Trainer at Apollo Financial Services, where responsibilities included developing training materials and conducting quality assurance reviews to enhance organizational growth. Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Disease Prevention/Health Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all earned from Grand Canyon University.
