Jo Ann Berkley

Jo Ann Berkley, Ed.D., serves as a School Improvement and Data Specialist for the School District of Philadelphia since April 2018, supporting school administrators in developing and implementing improvement plans while analyzing assessment data to enhance instruction. Berkley also holds a position as Field Supervisor for Student Teachers and Principal Interns at Grand Canyon University since November 2017, where oversight and evaluation of pre-service educators occurs. As a Senior Adjunct Instructor at Burlington County College since January 2006, Berkley teaches various education courses. Previous experience includes roles such as School Culture and Climate Specialist with the New Jersey Department of Education, Elementary School Principal, and Middle School Turnaround Principal, focusing on instructional leadership and professional development. Berkley earned an Ed.D. in Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
