Ray Kaselonis is the Chief Administrative Officer & General Counsel at Grand Canyon University. Ray has also served as Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom and as an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University. Ray began their legal career as an Assistant Counsel at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Ray has dedicated their career to public service and advocacy. As Senior Counsel at Alliance Defending Freedom, they served as a legal resource to non-profit faith based ministries. Ray drafted legal documents including contracts, handbooks, and policies, advised clients as to their legal rights, assisted in litigating cases, provided legislative testimony, and engaged in public advocacy such as speaking, blogging, and appearing in all forms of media.

As an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University, Ray taught over 100 government and economics courses to undergraduate distance students using the Blackboard distance education platform.

Ray's experience as Assistant Counsel at the U.S. House of Representatives has given him a unique perspective on the inner workings of government. Ray has used this experience to inform their work as an advocate for faith-based organizations and to ensure that they have a seat at the table when important decisions are being made.

Ray Kaselonis has a Doctor of Law from Regent University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
