Jason White

Jason White is the chief administrative officer and general counsel at Toshiba America Business Solutions. He additionally oversees Toshiba’s legal, human resources, and real estate departments while establishing the company’s goals and objectives in these areas. White is also a member of Toshiba’s executive leadership team, which is tasked with charting the strategic direction of the company.

Prior to joining Toshiba in 2006, White served as counsel specializing in employment and litigation at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a global and top 50 law firm according to The American Lawyer. While there, he participated in all aspects of commercial, securities and intellectual property litigation and transactional counseling.

White held a federal clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago. He holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

White has served as an officer for several nonprofit organizations throughout Orange County, California, focusing on youth athletics and physical and health education.
