Ryan Schaefer

Ryan Schaefer is currently the Director of School Success at GradGuard - College Life Protected since March 2025, and has served as an Admissions Counselor and Campus Tour Guide at Grand Canyon University since November 2018. Responsibilities at Grand Canyon University include managing the tour facilitator desk, providing campus tours, and facilitating events related to GCU Men’s Basketball. Previous experience includes roles as a Guest Services Specialist for the Arizona Cardinals Football Club, a Flag Football Referee at Primetime Athletics, and a Barista at Starbucks, where Ryan demonstrated strong customer service and cash handling skills. Additionally, Ryan served as a Basketball Statistics Keeper at Lake Arrowhead Christian School and volunteered at Community Bible Church as a Kids Church Volunteer. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Grand Canyon University, earned between 2017 and 2020.
