Michelle Elias Flores

Michelle Elias Flores currently serves as a Data Management Intern at Bank of America since May 2025, and holds leadership roles as Social & Events Chair and Incoming Houseman for Theta Phi Alpha - Gamma Chi Chapter since September 2024, where event planning for over 100 attendees is a primary responsibility. As a Campus Tour Guide and Research Assistant at Stevens Institute of Technology, Michelle provides informative tours and engages in research using JavaScript and React, presenting findings at the Stevens Undergraduate Research Fair. Additional professional experiences include roles at Ken Pilates LLC as a Front Desk Attendant, Carl's Fencing, Decking & Home Improvements as a Web Development Intern, and Kode With Klossy as an Instructor Teaching Assistant, alongside a prior position as a Barista at Starbucks.
