Aida J.

Aida J. has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Scanner/Data Entry for Spherion Staffing, a Server for Zen, and an Operations Clerk for Aerotek. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Teller for Bank of America, an Operations Clerk 3 for Wells Fargo, and a Customer Service Representative for Wells Fargo. Aida then worked as an Administrative Assistant for American Friends Service Committee from 2015 to 2016 and as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Commercial Lines Processor, and Technical Clerk for Nationwide from 2016 to 2020. Most recently, they have been a Project Manager for Grand Consulting since 2022.

Aida J. has a High School Diploma from North High School, which they obtained in 2006. In 2014-2015, they completed the Latina Leadership Initiative of Greater Des Moines. In 2019, they obtained a Certification of Completion from the Nationwide Emerging Leadership Program. Additionally, they are currently enrolled in the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership Program.
