Joanne Ottereyes

Joanne Ottereyes has been working as a Communications Manager at the Grand Council of the Crees (Eeyou Istchee)/Cree Nation Government since July 2016. Prior to this, Joanne served as a Legal and Policy Analyst and International Relations Coordinator at Femmes autochtones du Québec | Quebec Native Women from January 2007 to June 2016. Joanne earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico Sur in 1999.
