Eric Grimm

Eric Grimm is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in resort and hotel management. Currently serving as the Resort Manager at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa since April 2022, Eric previously held the position of General Manager at Aimbridge Hospitality and at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing a significant renovation project. Additionally, Eric has a strong background in operations, having worked as the Director of Operations at both Marcus Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels & Resorts. Eric's achievements include enhancing restaurant customer service at White Lodging Services and managing financial operations at high-revenue establishments like Mason Street Grill. Eric earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 2001 to 2005.
